We had a great stay at this hotel! Best aspects were the cleanliness, beautiful surroundings on the river, and excellent staff. Transportation was convenient and parking was available.
Worst aspects? Not one thing!

Great location, close to skiing track and rentals. Clean and nice rooms. Warm and cozy upon arrival. Super helpful staff. Excellent for walks and outdoor activities. Well-equipped kitchen. Lovely view of the mountains and river. Comfortable beds. Easy self-check-in process.

New Year was spent enjoying snowshoeing by the river and skiing down the nearby slopes. The check-in process was effortless thanks to the clear instructions, and the well-equipped cabin had everything we needed. The views were breathtaking, with the river and mountains in the background.
The cabins were not as soundproof as expected, and we could hear our neighbours at times. We also found the heating to be a bit minimalistic and having to buy wood for the stove was inconvenient.

the location is outstanding, with cabins overlooking a serene river and surrounded by breathtaking mountainside scenery. the cabin was spacious and well, equipped with kitchen essentials, including underfloor heating and a fantastic sauna. the staff was super friendly and welcoming, and the easy, to, follow instructions for self, check, in made our arrivals smooth. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean, and the shower and sauna were a plus.
It would have been even better if the Wi, Fi signal was stronger throughout the cabin, and if linens were provided for us instead of having to bring them ourselves.

What a fantastic way to start the new year! We had an awesome time in the mountains. the location is perfect! We were right next to ski rentals, bars, restaurants, and the swimming pool. the chalet was next to a river, in an excellent area for nature walks. the kitchen was well equipped and the sauna was a fabulous touch. the receptionist was very welcoming and friendly, helping us out with everything. the chalet was warm, clean, and nicely decorated.
Although we had an incredible experience, there were a few downsides. the Wifi was quite slow, so we couldn't really stream videos or work online.
